How do I order?
Add items to your bag, fill in your name, mobile and address, and tap Send order on WhatsApp. No account needed. We confirm everything on WhatsApp.
How do I pay?
All orders are prepaid by UPI. We share the final total and our UPI details on WhatsApp, and ship once payment is received. Cash on Delivery is not available.
What are the delivery charges?
Shipping depends on your pincode and the order size. We confirm the exact charge with you on WhatsApp before you pay.
Can I return a product?
We don't accept returns. We exchange the item if you receive a wrong or damaged product — message us on WhatsApp with photos soon after delivery.
Do you make custom dresses?
Yes. Dresses can be handmade and customised. Message us on WhatsApp with your idea and measurements.
Are the products handmade?
Our jewellery, dresses and accessories are handmade. Sarees are sourced from trusted makers. Small variations in handmade pieces are part of their character.
How do I care for a silk saree?
Dry clean for the first wash and store folded in muslin away from sunlight.
